6 games for NFL Week 6

Friday, October 16th, 2009

Well, the WhatToWager.com system has been rolling, going 19-6 the last three weeks — including 7-1 last week. The NFL betting system has kicked out seven more games this week that it sees as good values.

In Sunday’s football games, WTW recommends: the Cincinnati Bengals giving five points to the Houston Texans in Cincinnati; the Cleveland Browns plus-14 vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers; the Detroit Lions plus-14 at the Green Bay Packers; the Oakland Raiders plus-14.5 against the Philadelphia Eagles; and the New England Patriots minus-9 vs. the Tennessee Titans.

The New York Jets minus-9.5 at home against the Buffalo Bills was originally a system game, but the line moved and we no longer recommend it.

WhatToWager.com also likes the Monday Night Football game, suggesting the Denver Broncos plus-3.5 points at the San Diego Chargers. Yes, the undefeated Broncos are getting 3.5 points. This game is nearly a 10-point value, meaning Denver should be favored by 6.5, but instead is getting 3.5 points.

As always, check for injuries. And good luck!

Rolling through the NFL; WTW goes 7-1 in Week 5

Monday, October 12th, 2009

The hot streak continued here at WhatToWager.com. The free betting system posted it’s third consecutive strong week in NFL picks, going 7-1 on Sunday.

The only loss was the San Francisco 49ers, who were picked to cover a 2.5-point spread against the Atlanta Falcons, but instead got pummeled, 45-10. Oops.

The WTW free NFL betting system is now 19-6 over the past three weeks.  The Denver Broncos pulled out a close one over the New England Patriots to help out. Other winners (against the spread, anyway) included the Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins and Indianapolis Colts.

WhatToWager.com also did well in college football, going 3-2.

8 NFL picks that the system likes

The Denver Broncos getting three points at home against the New England Patriots highlights WhatToWager.com’s recommended NFL bets Oct. 11 and Oct. 12. The Broncos are nearly a nine-point edge in this game, meaning that they should be giving six points instead of getting three.

The other picks spit out by the WhatToWager.com system are the Minnesota Vikings -10.5 against the St. Louis Rams, the Cleveland Browns +6 vs. the Buffalo Bills, the Cincinnati Bengals +9 at the Baltimore Ravens, the Detroit Lions +10.5 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the San Francisco 49ers -2.5 vs. the Atlanta Falcons and the Indianapolis Colts -3.5 against the Tennessee Titans. On Monday Night Football, we like the New York Jets giving 1.5 points against the Miami Dolphins.

Injuries to consider include Lions quarterback Matt Stafford, 49ers running back Frank Gore, Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington and Rams quarterback Marc Bulger.
